40. Lubrication. Each locomotive is to be fitted one dour-iced

Wakeficld "Eureka" Lubricator for the cylinders and piston

valves, the feeds being distributed as follows:-

1 foed to cach main steam pipo, introduced at a point

about 9 11 from the steam chest.

of the bush.

1 tcu-feed Wakefield mechanical Lubricator is to be fitted

to each engine for the bogie and coupled wheel

axleboxes.

Efficient lublication for such other parts as may be cousi-

dored ccossaly is to be provided.

In the case of the motion work, oil boxes where possible

are to be folged solid on the Cude of Lovers and 2ods, oil

boxes in the motion pin heads being undesirable.

4ua.Speed Recolders.

Each engine is to be fitted with a Teloc

Cpecd Recorder.
